Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. A. Around March 16, 2013, the Defendant concluded an insurance contract indicated in the [Attachment A] List (2) with the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
According to the insurance contract of this case, in the event of a disability with at least 80% of the general injury to B who is the insured, the Plaintiff is obliged to pay insurance proceeds of KRW 50 million to the Defendant.
B.
