1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

With respect to the legitimacy of the instant lawsuit ex officio, the Plaintiff did not pay stamp while filing the instant lawsuit and did not correct stamp within seven days from the instant court, even if the order to supplement stamp was served on December 2, 2015 on the grounds that the Plaintiff did not pay stamp within the period specified in the said order of correction.

Therefore, since the lawsuit of this case is unlawful, it is decided as per Disposition by the decision to dismiss it under Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and Article 219 of the Civil Procedure Act.
