1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Even though the Plaintiff was served on May 22, 2017, the Plaintiff did not supplement the stamp within the period of five days after the Plaintiff received an order to supplement the stamp amounting to KRW 230,000 from this Court.

Therefore, an order to dismiss a complaint shall be issued pursuant to Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and Article 254(2) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act, but since a complaint has been served on the defendant and the lawsuit has been continued, it is decided to dismiss the lawsuit of this case without holding any pleadings pursuant to Article 219 of the Civil Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition
