A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) provides that the Defendant shall have a blood alcohol concentration of about 7.7 km at the section of approximately 7.7 km from the first road to the place where the accidents described in paragraphs (1) occur at the temporary border as stated in the above paragraph (1).
