A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two months.

10 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On January 14, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the National Sports Promotion Act, etc. by the Ulsan District Court, and the Defendant is still pending in the appellate trial (No. 2016 No. 176).

No person, other than an entrusted business entity, who is the Seoul Olympic Games Foundation or the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation and a person who is not an entrusted business entity, shall publicize sports promotion voting rights or things similar thereto (including the issuance through an information and communications network) and provide property or financial benefits (hereinafter referred to as "similar act") to persons who win the result, or mediate or arrange the purchase of sports promotion voting rights or things similar thereto.

1. The Defendant violated the National Sports Promotion Act: (a) recruited a large number of unspecified gambling participants who will participate in gambling, which is an illegal Internet sports soil site opened by the name-free winner, etc.; and (b) received the total ID and password from 0.5% to 2% of the betting amount by the type of betting amount; and (c) received a total number of gambling participants who will receive 0.5% to 0% of the betting amount.

From December 24, 2014 to April 11, 2015, the Defendant publicizeds similar acts performed on the illegal Internet sports gambling site, such as posting a phrase of publicity on the Pasan Island account or transmitting promotional letters to the branch by advertising the above site, inviting many and unspecified gambling participants, and managing members who have access to the site at the management page of the Defendant, or mediating or arranging the purchase of sports promotion voting rights or others similar thereto.

From January 14, 2015 to March 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) visited the above O’s site, which is an illegal Internet sports soil entertainment site, from the following point of view: (b) from the Defendant’s annual P Bank account, the Defendant’s violation of the National Sports Promotion Act (e.g., gambling, etc.) was as shown in the list of crimes committed in attached hereto to the K Bank account in the name of LS International Account, which is an operating account of the said site.
