A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 2010, the Defendant: (a) at the news restaurant located in Hanan-gun, Hanan-gun, G around the end of the end of September 2010, the Defendant concluded that “A large-scale steel company will move into the victim E, including G, to G in Busan. In order to purchase the site of G, the Defendant concluded that the contract party must reach the contract party; (d) if so, the expenses need to be incurred, to the passbook designated in H’s name, remitted KRW 10 million to the passbook in the name of H.”

However, in fact, a large-scale steel company was not expected to move into the site or G located in the G located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, and even if the defendant receives money from the victim to the account in the name of H, which is the defendant's internal female designated by the defendant, the contract party was not intended to use the money for the expenses to meet the contract party to purchase the site in G as stated in the victim's use, but it was thought that he/she had to have.

Accordingly, the Defendant, as seen above, by deceiving the victim, received 10 million won from the victim to the account in the H name designated by the Defendant around September 30, 2010, and fraudulently acquired it.

2. On October 12, 2010, the Defendant prepared a written contract from the victim E to purchase a 340 square meters of land in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, which is a site for the said G, from the victim E, at the certified judicial scrivener office located in Busan Metropolitan City on or around October 12, 2010, for purchasing the 340 square meters of land in Gangseo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, which is a site for the said G, 291 square meters of land in the said G, and 625 square meters of land in L, M, M, 962 square meters, and N, 440 square meters of land in purchase price of 17

If the purchase price of the land in G is KRW 170 million, the owner of the site in G shall be the owner of the site in G.
