Accordingly, from the end of July 2017 to August 20, 2017, the Defendant occupied approximately 1,875 tons of industrial wastes, such as waste vinyl, waste plastics, etc. (number of 75 tons of truck 25 tons) from the above person’s name, to the end of August 20, 2017, and dumped it without permission.

Accordingly, the Defendant laid away wastes in a place other than a place or facility prepared for the collection of wastes in collusion with the above-mentioned person.
