A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Brane car.

On August 9, 2018, the Defendant driven the above motor vehicle on August 13:33, 2018, and proceeded along the two intersections from the two intersections of the bridge to the three intersections of the Central Park.

Around 13:33 August 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving a sound driving) driving a B-low-income vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.250% from the roads in which A-si International Dispute Settlement Bank Co., Ltd. (D Bank) was in operation to the front distance of the D-bank located in C.
