1. The Plaintiff’s prepaid payment of KRW 15,00,000 against Defendant B and C and interest thereon, and the Defendant D’s interest on KRW 12,00.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant B and C jointly operate the “F” entertainment tavern in Jeju, and Defendant D is operating the “H” entertainment tavern in Jeju and the “J” entertainment tavern in Jeju.

Around August 2012, the Plaintiff received KRW 8 million from Defendant B and C as a prepaid payment, and worked as an employee of “F entertainment tavern”. Around March 2014, the Plaintiff received KRW 12 million from Defendant D as a prepaid payment, and worked as an employee of Defendant D.

B. Each loan certificate written by the Plaintiff around August 2012, the Plaintiff prepared and delivered to Defendant B and C a certificate of borrowing KRW 10 million for the borrowed amount and KRW 19 million for the borrowed amount on March 19, 2014, respectively. Around August 2014, the Plaintiff prepared a certificate of borrowing KRW 12 million for the borrowed amount, KRW 6 million for the borrowed amount, and KRW 7 million for the issued to Defendant D.

C. While Defendant B and C urged the Plaintiff to pay the advance payment, Defendant B and C received KRW 100,000 from K as a customer around August 2012 to the Plaintiff at the expense of sexual traffic, and made the Plaintiff engage in sexual traffic for eight times in total from around that time to around March 4, 2013, by threatening the Plaintiff to “I would like to pay the advance payment to the Plaintiff, how I would pay the advance payment to the Plaintiff, and what I would like to say, I would like to say, if I would like to find the advance payment to the Plaintiff, and what I would like to do.”

Defendant D received KRW 100,00,000 from L, which was found as a customer on May 6, 2014 to L, which was paid in advance to the Plaintiff as the commercial sex acts cost, and “the second two vehicles” as the Plaintiff refused to pay the advance payment.
