A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
Around 22:50 on May 11, 2015, the Defendant 2015-Ma2741, “E” as “E,” which was operated by the Plaintiff D (Woo, 37 years of age) of the Geumcheon-gu Busan, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, engaged in indecent act by force on two occasions on the part of the Defendant’s sexual flag.
