1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Plaintiffs are the deceased C (hereinafter “the deceased”).
(2) At around 07:50 on September 5, 2014, the Deceased was found to have died from the E community hall container adjacent to the Chungcheong Budget Group D to the KON on the condition that he/she died.
(3) On August 23, 2014, the police drafted a report on internal investigation to the effect that, in light of the fact that: (a) the deceased was suffering from economic and mental difficulties due to his failure to rescue his workplace; (b) the telephone was rejected at the house on August 23, 2014; and (c) the telephone details are not discovered after his failure to receive it; and (b) the deceased was presumed to have committed suicide in the container; and (c) other suspected charges are not discovered, the deceased and the Defendant were to complete internal investigation.
