The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. The summary of the facts charged and the victim B (the age of 49) are occupants of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Apartment.
On May 16, 2019, at the above “C Apartment” parking lot around 21:30 on May 21, 2019, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by publicly insulting the victim with the victim as “this son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son.”
2. Determination:
(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 311 of the Criminal Act;
(b) An offense subject to prosecution upon complaint: Article 312 (1) of the Criminal Act.
