A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 23, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud, etc. in the territory support of the Changwon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on September 18, 201. On February 20, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud, etc. on May 27, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 27, 2013.
[2013No. 918] On December 30, 201, the Defendant applied for re-issuance of the Edong office located in Dong-si D as if he/she had pretended to be F, and as if he/she lost his/her resident registration certificate, and applied for re-issuance as if he/she had lost his/her photograph and fingerprints, and used it to lend money to a financial institution, etc. in the name of F by means of a crypting the Defendant’s photograph and fingerprints to use it.
1. Forgery of related private documents, such as an application for loan, and uttering of falsified documents;
A. On January 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) entered into a sale and purchase contract for automobiles in the name of F in the name of KMW 523i in the name of F with the vehicle searJ, the Defendant: (b) stated “F, L, F, L, L, L, andO” in the column for joint and several sureties for one capital loan agreement form without authority; (c) stated “F, H, F, L, L, andO” in the automatic transfer form “F, H, F, L, and H, andO” in the name of F, a private document related to rights and obligations, and subsequently presented it to J as if it was a document that was duly formed by Justice, without authority, for the purpose of exercising the said contract.
B. On May 8, 2012, the Defendant: (a) indicated “F, L, Q, and Changwon Mon-gu 306,” etc. in the customer’s basic information column for the application form for the loan of a lot Capital without authority; and (b) signed “F” on the applicant column; and (c) signed on the applicant column.
