A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, for a period of four years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, the execution of imprisonment for the defendant.

1. No person shall import temporary narcotics, etc. in violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (referring to 2014 high-priced 120);

On April 218, 2014, the sender provided search 25-28-2g and 25-4g of Incheon Si from among Incheon Dong-gu, Incheon 205.

On May 12, 2014, around 15:26, the Defendant received 5F-PB-22 6.42g, 5F-AKB-48 1.02g, temporary narcotics, etc. concealed in the international registration mail at the Defendant’s residence, and imported 5F-PB-26.42g, 5F-AKB-481.02g, temporary narcotics, etc.

2. No person shall smoke marijuana in violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (referring to marijuana 2014 high-scale 178);

A. On March 26, 2014, at the place specified in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant smoked marijuana in such a way as to smoke by smoking in a tobacco paper with a fire.

B. On March 2014, the Defendant, at the place specified in the preceding paragraph, posted flaps of the hemp plant on a smoking machine made of flaps, and smoked from the hemp plant in a way that flaps the hemp plant into a flaps, if the flaps enter the hemp plant with a fire attached thereto, flaps the hemp plant.
