A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 2015, the Defendant, such as electronic records, sent a cell phone sales and service at the E agency, which is an agency for opening and opening of a mobile phone, in order to open a mobile phone and change equipment by advertising the fact that he/she visited the said agency, then can can the electronic identification card, such as the resident registration certificate and driver’s license, which he/she received from the customer who visited the said agency, and then open the cell phone without the above customer’s consent, using a slick identification card, and then has the intent to sell it to the slick buyer.

On June 29, 2016, upon receiving a request from F to change mobile phone devices from F, a customer, the Defendant: (a) demanded F to prepare an application for change of mobile phone devices; (b) received F’s resident registration certificates from F, and then carried out electronic cans on two occasions; (c) made an alteration of F’s mobile phone devices using one of the resident registration certificates which were electronically stored; and (d) kept the remainder.

Between June 29, 2016 and June 30, 2016, the Defendant, using a computer located in the said agency without F’s consent, connected to the “Smart Pcomer”, a computer network of SK Telecom. Based on F’s personal information on the application form for change of mobile phone devices, the Defendant, using F’s personal information, entered “F”, “G”, “H”, “H”, “F” in the resident registration number column, and “F” in the main column, and drafted three new service contracts in the name of F by means of electronic signature on the side of the said sex column.

From March 28, 2016 to August 30, 2016, the Defendant prepared 72 copies of a new service contract, which is an electronic document in the name of 53 customers, without the consent of the said customers, and signed the said customers by electronic signature.

In this respect, the defendant will be able to perform his duties.
