Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On February 11, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Toxic Chemicals Control Act at the Busan District Court’s branch branch branch, and on December 27, 2015, the Defendant violated the Toxic Chemicals Control Act more than ten times, in addition to the completion of the execution of the sentence at the Ganyang detention center.

[Criminal facts] Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated narcotics as follows:

1. On May 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase mecoptopy (one phiopopon; hereinafter “phiopon”); (b) from a person who was aware of the advertisement published in the former text, the Defendant: (c) concealed KRW 300,000 of the sales price of mecopon into a chemical located near the outlet No. D3 located in the Busan ideological-gu; and (d) concealed around 20:00 on the same day, the seller in the name of the Defendant: (c) concealed under the public telephone near the area No. E located in the Busan ideological-gu, Busan; and (d) concealed KRW 300,00 of the sales price of meopon from a penopon (around 6:0).

Accordingly, the defendant purchased 300,000 won of philophones from a person who has no name.

2. On May 28, 2016, the Defendant, at around 20:0, administered phiphones in a manner of injecting 602 ponononiscisciscisciscisciscisciscisciscisciscisciscisciscisciscisciscisciscisciscisciscisciscisciscisciscisciscisciscis

3. The Defendant 1 administered the philoopon’s non-copon dose (popon dose equivalent to a single medication) in the above manner at the time of the above day-to-day radius 602.

4. On May 29, 2016, at around 06:00, the Defendant possessed phiphonephones by storing approximately 0.47 gramphones contained in vinyl 0.47 grams located in the Defendant’s plastic machine at the H district of the Busan Police Station of the Busan Police Station of the State of Busan, Busan, on May 29, 2016.
