Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 7, 2014, around 21:50, the Defendant: (a) was exposed to the suspicion of drunk driving in front of the Dju-si located in Cheongju-si, a Cheongju-si; (b) was able to physically prevent the police officer F (54 years of age) who is the victim from attempting to accompany E in order to take a drinking test; and (c) assaulted the victim by hand at once.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with F's performance of official duties of police officers under the influence of alcohol driving.
