Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to sell animals shall have facilities and human resources meeting the standards prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Food and Agriculture and Food, and shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu.

Nevertheless, on November 11, 2016, at around 22:05, the Defendant, without registering the animal sales business, displayed 2 maws in a stuff and displayed 2 maws to sell the animal to an unspecified person, who passed the above place at around 17 king-gu, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, on a 17th century square, in order to receive 50,000 won per 1 math.
