Defendant

E shall be punished by a fine of KRW 200,000,000, by a fine of KRW 400,000.

The above defendants are subject to each of the above fines.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to sell animals shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

1. On May 14, 2017, from around 10:00 to around 14:40, Defendant A sold an animal selling business, such as selling 3 marine of Kangnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, JJ at K, and selling 60,000 won and 60,000 won without registration.

2. On May 14, 2017, Defendant B sold an animal sale business, such as selling 1.30,000 won of 2 maws, at the same time, at the same place as the above paragraph 1, and without registering, at the same time and place.

3. On May 14, 2017, Defendant C engaged in animal sale business, such as selling at the same time, place, and 4-5 Mari, Gangwon-do without registration, for KRW 400,000,000.

8. On May 14, 2017, Defendant H intending to sell an animal selling business by selling an allied baby without registration at the same time, place, and place as the foregoing paragraph (1).
