A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

1. Any person who violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, etc. shall be prohibited from engaging in the speculative business using slot machines or speculative gaming machines in addition to the speculative business under Acts;
Nevertheless, the Defendant, in collusion with C, set up 18 game machines, such as “gymto”, “gymtom”, “gymtomtom”, and “sea tomtom”, which were not rated by the Game Rating Board, and exchanged 18,000 won in cash, after deducting 10% of the exchange commission, by converting the points obtained by customers into 20,000 won, by converting the points obtained by the said game machine into 40,00 won.
As a result, the Defendant conspired with C to engage in speculative businesses by using speculative gaming machines.
2. From November 14, 2012 to May 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) repeatedly, from the time of commencing the game room business listed in paragraph (1), the game room business as indicated in paragraph (1) to May 7, 2013, the Defendant: (b) repeatedly, “in the event that the game room is controlled, four is investigated as having been unemployed; (c)” and (d) from May 7, 2012 to September 3, 2013, the Defendant told C to the same effect that he sent a phone at approximately nine times from the macrosiwon from May 7, 2012 to September 3, 2013; and (b) decided C to make a false statement as if he actually operated the game room business.
