A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 27, 2013, around 13:30 on May 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed the theft of the Defendant, holding the victim E-owned food lives and delivery lives equivalent to KRW 40,000 at the market price of the victim E in the location.

7. The Defendant, around 03:00 on June 30, 2013, opened a door in front of the S No. R incheon-si, where the Defendant was parked, that is, the victim T owned by the victim, and opened a door.
