1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B indicated in the attached Form No. 24, 25, 26, 27, 20, 30, 29, among the area of land 2,603 square meters in Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu, Yangyang-gu.

Basic Facts

On April 10, 2007, the Plaintiff was merged with 762 square meters of G forest, H forest 1/60 square meters of H forest, and 364 square meters of I forest in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu (hereinafter “the instant land”). On April 18, 2007, the Plaintiff was converted into registration for D forest 2,938 square meters on April 18, 2007, and was transferred to J in the division of 335 square meters of land on July 8, 2016.

(2) Defendant C’s ownership registration is completed on August 9, 2005 by constructing a new section of 125 square meters on the part of the ship connected with each of the points in the attached table Nos. 24, 25, 26, 27, 30, 29, and 24 among the instant land (hereinafter “the part”) and a section of 47 square meters on the part of the ship connected with each of the points in the attached table Nos. 36, 37, 25, 24, 36, and 36 of the attached table Nos. 24, 25, 26, 27, 30, 29, and 24 (hereinafter “the part”).

After that, Defendant C newly constructed a warehouse on the ground of 21 square meters in the attached Form No. 28,29,30,31,28 among the land in the instant case, which connects each point of the attached Form No. 28,29, 30, 31, and 28 (hereinafter “the attached Form No. 21 square meters”). Of the instant land, Defendant C installed a container stuff on the ground of the attached Form No. 32,33,34,35, and 32, which successively connected each point of the attached Form No. 32, 33, 34, 35,

Defendant B’s ground housing and store at the lower part of the instant land from Defendant C.
