1. The Defendants shall jointly:

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Defendant F is an auditor of K Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “K”), who was in charge of the design of goods invested, fund raising and enforcement, Defendant G and H are directors of K in-house, who are responsible for management and supervision of the investors, Defendant I is the representative director of K in-house, who was in charge of management and supervision of the investors, and Defendant J is a person who was in charge of management and supervision of the fund raiser, and Defendant J is a person who directly attracts the investment from the Plaintiffs as an investment solicitor related to K.

B. The Defendants, in violation of the Act on the Regulation of Conducting Fund-Raising Business, conspired to solicit investments to an unspecified number of people by stipulating that the principal and a certain ratio of earnings shall be guaranteed, and even if they are granted investments, they do not have the intent or ability to provide security for principal as agreed, or to pay the principal and a certain ratio of earnings at maturity, and through Defendant JJ, “L is a company which has an environment-friendly patent technology capable of paying profits by generating electricity by producing waste water and selling it before maturity. The amount of investment is used for the business fund of accepting Ma which is a company that collects food waste (business rights and land and factory facility purchase fund). The funds invested in the goods of the above company are to be paid 300,000 won for principal and a annual amount of 1.5 million won for 3 million won for maturity, 201.3 million won for 4 million won for 2.5 million won for 1.6 million won for 2.4 million won for 25 million won for 25 million won for 201,24.25 million won for 2000, as indicated below.
