1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 138,50,000 and KRW 39,000 among them, from August 1, 2006, KRW 45,000,000.
Reasons
1. The plaintiff indicated the claim. The plaintiff lent 80,000,000 won to the defendant on July 31, 2006 with the due date set as of July 31, 2006. The amount of KRW 45,00,000 in total as of January 1, 2007 shall be extended to 1 month from the due date set as of January 15, 2007; KRW 10,000,000 in total; the due date set as of February 5, 2007; KRW 10,000,000 in principal amount shall be paid to the plaintiff as of February 5, 207; KRW 00,000 in total as of September 10, 2007; and the defendant shall pay the remainder of KRW 0,000,000 in total as of September 10, 200; and the defendant shall pay the due date for repayment to the plaintiff as of 01,7009.7.1.
