1. The Defendants shall be jointly and severally liable to pay KRW 130,191,780 and KRW 32 million among them from February 16, 2016 to the date of full payment.

No dispute between the parties or comprehensively taking account of the entries in Gap evidence 1 and 2 and the purport of all the pleadings, the plaintiff loaned 32 million won to the defendant on May 13, 2005 on April 12, 2006. The defendant on April 12, 2006 40% per annum of the above loans 32 million won to the plaintiff under No. 397 of 206, April 19, 2006 x 30% per annum of 36% per annum of interest rate of 30,000 won per annum of 30,000 won per annum of 206, 206 x 36% per annum of interest rate of 30,000 won per annum of 206 x 36% per annum of the above loans x 306% per annum of interest rate of 20,000 won per annum of 2036% per annum of 206.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
