Criminal facts

On January 30, 2008, the defendant was sentenced to a summary order of a fine of three million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (Refusal of measurement) by the Ulsan District Court, and on May 13, 2015, the defendant appealed to the Changwon District Court for six months or two years of imprisonment for the violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, the Road Traffic Act (FF) and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (FF) and is still pending in the appellate trial.
