A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant intentionally delivered an accident to the insurance company in mind that he received insurance proceeds, such as medical expenses and agreed money.

On April 4, 2011, the Defendant: (a) around 18:10, the Defendant intentionally caused the accident by reporting that D's vehicles driven by C from the front side of the iron commercial building in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with a bicycle going to the front side of the said vehicle and going to the front side of the vehicle.

On the same day, the Defendant received KRW 99,210 from the victim Samsung Fire Insurance Company for the purpose of hospital treatment fees, etc.

The Defendant received KRW 8,456,300,00 in total from four insurance companies in total under the name of medical expenses and agreements for ten times in total, as shown in the list of crimes, by intentionally performing an accident between May 26, 2012.

Accordingly, the defendant was informed of the victims to receive property.
