Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A conspired to obtain insurance money from an insurance company after he intentionally received a motor vehicle that intentionally makes an illegal internship or a non-protective left-hand turn with a local-friendly Gu, line D, E, B, F, etc., and caused a motor vehicle accident.

On August 14, 2014, the Defendant and D, E, B, and 17:27 around 17:27, in order to operate a Belgium car on the roads north Dong-dong, U.S., Dong-dong, U.S., and the Defendant driven a Belgium car, and D, E, and B were involved in the accident caused by the Defendant’s intentional use of the said car on the said road, and received KRW 6,888,860 from Samsung Fire Co., Ltd., an insurance company that is a party to the other party’s vehicle, as agreed money, hospital treatment, and repair expenses.

In addition, from August 14, 2014 to October 30, 2014, the Defendant was issued KRW 8,292,700 as insurance money under the name of the injured insurance company twice by being hospitalized even if there was no injury to receive insurance money, or by deceiving the damaged insurance company under the method of hospitalization after causing an insurance accident by intention.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D, obtained 8,292,70 won from insurance companies and acquired it by fraud.

2. Defendant B conspired to obtain insurance money from an insurance company after receiving a motor vehicle that makes a left- or left-hand turn with a local-friendly Gu, line D, E, A, etc., and caused a motor vehicle accident, and then obtain it from the insurance company.

On August 14, 2014, around 17:27, the Defendant, D, E, and A driving a Hexer vehicle on the roads in the Yandong-dong, Yongsan-gu, U.S., and the Gxerer vehicle on the roads in which the Defendant, D, and E are accompanied by it, and the Defendant, D, and E caused an accident involving the Hexer vehicle on the roads in which the said vehicle was driven by the said A, and received KRW 4,146,350 from Samsung Fire Co., Ltd., an insurance company that is a party to the other vehicle, as agreed money, hospital treatment, and repair expenses.
