Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiffs are the owners of the vehicles indicated below (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff A”, “Plaintiff B/C vehicle”, and “Plaintiff D vehicle” in the following order of each traffic accident against Plaintiff A, Plaintiff B/C, and Plaintiff D (hereinafter referred to as “instant traffic accident”), and the Defendant is the insurer who entered into an automobile insurance contract for each of the instant accident caused by each of the instant accidents.
Plaintiff

B. At the time of the instant accident, the mileage, the standard value of the vehicle of the Plaintiffs’ vehicle of the I organization, the actual repair cost, the repair volume, and the previous accident history are as listed below.
