Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No person shall obstruct fire extinguishment, lifesaving, first-aid services, etc. performed by any fire brigade dispatched without justifiable grounds.
On January 4, 2020, the Defendant: (a) received a report from the victim E (Vs, 28 years of age) of the D fire fighter, who was sent out of the D fire fighting boat, that “human was written” at the C cafeteria located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Chungcheongnam-gu; and (b) assaulted the victim of the D fire fighting boat, who was sent out of the D fire fighter E (Vs, 28 years of age) to check the patient’s condition once the left end of the victim
As a result, the defendant assaulted the first responder belonging to the fire brigade without any justifiable reason and interfered with the fire service activities of the fire brigade such as lifesaving and first-aid services.

According to Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act, the sentence shall be determined as ordered in consideration of the following: (a) the defendant's reason for sentencing of Article 334(1) of the Provisional Payment Order is bad in use of violence against first aid workers who are performing emergency medical services under the influence of alcohol; (b) the extent of the defendant's use of violence; (c) the defendant recognizes the crime; (d) although the defendant committed the crime of this case during the period during which the crime of this kind was suspended, it has
