Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 2, 2009, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 700,00,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court and KRW 2.5 million as a fine at the Ulsan District Court on February 1, 201.

On April 10, 2016, the Defendant driven B knit vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.054% during blood while driving approximately 5km from the 10:40 on April 10, 2016 to the IC in North Daegu-gu located in the same city.
