1. The Defendants shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

2. The defendants did not pay each of the above fines. 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Joint assault (the Defendants) and C around November 24, 2017, on the stairs between the first floor and the second floor of the “E” club located in Busan-gu Busan-gu, Busan-do around 01:0 on November 24, 2017, the Defendants were in dispute with the victim F (23 tax) who is an employee of the said club, and the Defendants were in line with the victim’s breath, and C was in line with the victim’s arms, and the victim was in line with the victim’s arms, and the Defendant was in line with the victim’s face so that the victim was cut down under the stairs, and the Defendant B was in line with the victim’s body part above the part of the victim’s body and pushed over the entrance of the said club.

In addition, Defendant A flapsed the victim’s flaps, Defendant B flapsed the victim’s face by drinking, and C flapsed the victim’s face by hand.

Accordingly, the Defendants assaulted the victim jointly with C.

2. Interference with performing public duties;

A. When Defendant A was arrested as a current offender of joint assault with the circumstances surrounding the Busan Police Station G District at the Busan Police Station G District at the same time and at the same place as above, Defendant A, upon receipt of a report, arrested Defendant A as a current offender of joint assault, Defendant A flapsed with the drinking to H and flaps, and flapsed with H’s flaps.

Accordingly, Defendant A assaulted police officers in charge of handling reports and arresting flagrant offenders.

B. When Defendant B was arrested as a current offender at the above date, time, and place, as seen above, Defendant B was arrested by Defendant A as such, Defendant B took the hand of Defendant B’s face of Ha (27 years old) belonging to the Busan Police Station G G District of the Busan Police Station, and was at one time due to drinking.

Accordingly, Defendant B assaulted each police officer who performs the duty of reporting and arresting flagrant offenders.
