1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

2. Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 10, 2015, Defendant A, who interfered with Defendant A’s assault and performance of official duties, was sentenced to imprisonment for a period of eight months for a violation of the Chemicals Control Act (snorting hallucinogenic substances) and completed the execution of the sentence at the Gamyang detention center on April 5, 2016.

A. On December 4, 2017, Defendant A, at around 21:50 on December 4, 2017, was punished for the victim C and Si expenses on the ground that the victim C (45 years of age) was satisfed in the “Esing shop” located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan.

Accordingly, Defendant A assaulted Victim C.

B. Defendant A, who obstructed the performance of official duties on the same day, was arrested as a current offender of the assault case from G, etc. who was called out after receiving a report at the above main station around 22:13 on the same day from the Busan Police Station F District Police Station G, etc. (hereinafter “G”), the police officer belonging to the Busan Police Station, etc., and was subject to the arrest of G’s face.

Accordingly, Defendant A interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the suppression and investigation of police officers due to violence.

2. Joint assault by Defendant B and damage to goods for public use;

A. On December 4, 2017, Defendant B, along with Defendant C, committed the assault from the victim A (37 years) at the instant singing shop around 21:50 on December 4, 2017, Defendant B, as seen above, was set up against it. C by hand was salping the victim A’s bomb and head cut, and Defendant B continued to salp the victim A’s breath with his hand, and was salping the victim A’s face by drinking.

As a result, Defendant B assaulted the victim A (hereinafter referred to as “the instant fighting match”) in collaboration with Defendant B. B was arrested on December 4, 2017 as the current offender of the instant fighting at the aforementioned main station around December 22:08, and the police officers were on the part of the FJ around 22:14 on the same day.
