Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court on January 4, 2012, and on September 28, 2012, the said court was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for special larceny, etc. and was released on March 29, 2013 during the execution of each of the above punishment in the Incheon Detention House.
