Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 10, 2018, the Defendant, as the owner of B Damm trucks, operated the said truck not covered by mandatory insurance on the front road of the C Building at Guri-si around 02:36 on November 10, 2018.
