Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 1, 2015, the Defendant, as a holder of a B observer car that did not purchase mandatory insurance, operated the said car from the road front of the B/L 0.11% alcohol concentration in blood without a driver’s license on March 1, 2015 to the road front of the B/L 168 of the Government of Gyeonggi-do to the road front of the B/L 168 of the Government of Gyeonggi-do, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.11%.
