A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2, 2017, at around 03:19, the Defendant was faced with the victim F (28 years of age) and the shoulder while walking along the paths with female-friendly E in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Street on April 2, 2017.

At the time, both the defendant and the above victim were under the influence of alcohol, and the defendant's female-friendly fluor who said flusium was sealed by the above victim and flusing the victim's face by drinking flusium.

The above victims were written as above, while they were faced with the rear side on the floor, lost the consciousness, and the defendant was taken two times due to the outbreak of the head of the above victim, who was deprived of consciousness and was on the chest side of the chest of the above victim.

그 과정에서 우연히 이를 발견하고 피고인을 말리던 피해자 G(37 세) 과 피해자 H(34 세 )를 향하여, 주먹으로 위 피해자 G의 눈 부위를 1회 때리고, 다시 위 피해자 H의 얼굴 부위를 1회 때린 다음 또 다시 위 피해자 F의 머리 부위를 수회 발로 걷어찼다.

As a result, the Defendant: (a) caused the above victim F to undergo approximately 8 weeks medical treatment; (b) caused the said victim F’s blood transfusion and the “closed ductal dulle,” and (c) caused the victim G to undergo a medical treatment for about 14 days; and (d) caused the victim H to undergo an unexplosion in the treatment period.
