1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 267,745,615 as well as KRW 2,892,170 as to the plaintiff from September 28, 2016 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. According to the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 10, the facts as stated in the annexed sheet are recognized.
2. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff delay damages for KRW 2,892,170 per annum for KRW 17.13% per annum from September 28, 2016 to the date following the day following the calculation of the principal and interest of the Plaintiff’s debt amounting to KRW 267,745,615 and the day following the day following the calculation of the final damages for delay, with KRW 17.6% per annum for KRW 17.6% per annum.
