1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 146,625,424 as well as KRW 38,493,209 from January 28, 2016 to the day of full payment.

According to the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3 (including each number, and the evidence No. 2-1 through No. 3 is presumed to have been authentic as the whole document is presumed to have been authentic as the defendant's signature was not contested). Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 17% per annum from January 28, 2016 to the date of complete payment, which is 146,625,424 won of the balance of the principal and interest on the debt as of January 27, 2016, and the balance of principal 38,493,209 won, which is the date following the calculation of the final damages for delay.

2. Accordingly, the Plaintiff’s claim is accepted in entirety.
