A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On December 18, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Busan District Court on December 18, 2014, and on May 20, 2015, the Defendant was punished five times for larceny in addition to the termination of the execution of the sentence at the Busan Detention Center.

1. A person who has attempted to larceny or larceny;

A. On February 12, 2016, at around 09:10 on February 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) laid out and stolen the cresh in the victim E’s clinic located in Busan East-gu, Busan-dong, with one of the keys of the Fflod car equivalent to KRW 5,000, the market value of the victim’s possession.

B. The Defendant: (a) opened the passenger car door of the said victim parked in the vicinity of D at the above temporary border using the aforementioned key; (b) but did not bring about a theft because there was no evidence to steal it.

The Defendant, at around 09:30 on the same day, stolen money owned by the victim, who was in custody of the victim in his clothes room, at around 09:30,000, a cresh where the victim I takes a bath in Busan Dong-gu G, and stolen it.

(d)

On February 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 09:00 on February 18, 2016, at K Women’s Ba-gu, Busan, K Women’s Ba-gu, the Defendant got out of 70,000 won in cash, which was kept by the victim in his/her clothes room, and stolen it.

E. On February 18, 2016, the Defendant, at around 09:40 on February 18, 2016, at N Women’s Ba-gu, Busan, had 300,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession, kept in the victim’s clothes room, and stolen the creb that is the victim’s bath management of the above bath.

Accordingly, the defendant stolens the victims' property four times, and attempted to steal the victim E's property.

2. The Defendant who interfered with the performance of official duties is as described in paragraph 1 of around 19:00 on March 25, 2016.
