Defendant

A, from May 8, 2007 to March 201, 201, was in office as the Secretary General of the Victim E (hereinafter referred to as “the Federation”), from March 201 to June 201 as the Vice-Chairperson of the above Federation, and managed the funds of the above Federation. Defendant B was in office as the Secretary General of the above Federation from March 201 to June 2012, and managed the funds of the above Federation.

1. Defendant A’s embezzlement of subsidies for the third top half of the Seoul Olympic Winter Games (hereinafter “Promotion Foundation”) around February 22, 201 and transferred KRW 20,00,000 from the Seoul Olympic Winter Games Promotion Foundation for the third half of the subsidies to the account in the name of the said Federation, and used KRW 1,850,50 as expenses for building the Internet homepage of the said Federation around February 22, 2011, and used KRW 1,850,50 for the purpose other than the above subsidies for the second half of the subsidies for the use other than the above use (as indicated in the list of crimes (1) from around that time until March 8, 2011, Defendant A used KRW 27,286,30 for the use other than the above use of subsidies for the second half of the subsidies (as in the list of crimes (as in the list of subsidies, KRW 27,280,70,290,200,200).

As a result, Defendant A embezzled KRW 20,000,000 from the third top half of the FFFFFF World.
