However, this judgment is delivered to Defendant A.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On September 21, 201, at around 58, the Defendant driven a D-coo vehicle under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.056% without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 5km from the Do in front of the upper Dong-dong in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Nowon-si, to the road in front of Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si.
B. On September 21, 201, the Defendant was found to have driven a coo motor vehicle on the front side of the Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on September 21, 201 and was asked to produce a driver’s license from a slope belonging to the Busan Special Metropolitan City Police Station.
The defendant presented the second class ordinary driver's license in the name of the head of Incheon Police Agency, which is a public document held by him, as if he was the defendant's driver's license.
Accordingly, the defendant did not use official documents.
C. On September 21, 201, at around 21:58, the Defendant: (a) made a false statement on the driver’s statement, “I will attend a police station in his/her address; (b) write “B” in the driver’s name column; and (c) write his/her signature next to B in his/her name, and then issued the false statement on the driver’s statement to the above E, who may not know the forgery at the seat, as seen above, by using an examination color pen.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged and exercised one copy of the statement of the master driver status in the name of the private document No. B, which is a private document concerning the certification of facts.
As seen above, the Defendant was subject to an investigation by the Busan, U.S. police station located in the U.S., U.S., U.S., on or around September 10, 201 due to the suspicion of drinking driving, and the Defendant’s post-operator B was under the investigation of drinking driving.
