1. A distribution schedule prepared on April 6, 2016 by the said court with respect to the Cheongju District Court E real estate auction case.

1. Basic facts

A. On August 1, 2013, Defendant A’s husband F lent KRW 50,00,00 to G at an interest rate of 2% per month. He also held that F’s loan claims amounting to KRW 10,00,000 to G were secured by the loan claims amounting to KRW 10,00,000, and he completed the registration of creation of a neighboring mortgage amounting to KRW 90,000,00 under the name of J, which is the secretary of the office run by F, with respect to KRW 101, 102, and 103 as to the loan claims of KRW 10,00 on the same day (hereinafter “the loan”). The establishment of a mortgage was completed under the name of the principal of the office operated by F, a certified judicial scrivener with the maximum debt amount of KRW 10,00,00 in the name of the Plaintiff prior to the registration of creation of a mortgage.

B. From August 1, 2013 to August 23, 2013, K loaned 80,000,000 won in total to G at an interest rate of 2% per month. On August 1, 2013, K completed the registration of creation of a mortgage with a maximum debt amount of KRW 110,00,000,00 with respect to Nos. 201, 202, and 203 of the loan of this case. The registration of creation of a mortgage was completed on August 1, 2013 with a priority of KRW 247,00,000 in the name of the Plaintiff prior to the registration of creation of a mortgage.

B. G’s creditor L applied for a compulsory auction on the instant loan Nos. 101, 102, and 103 and rendered a decision to commence compulsory auction on August 7, 2014.

C. On March 21, 2015, Defendant A leased KRW 15,000,00 of the instant loan No. 102 from G, and KRW 200,000 per month. The deposit and rent deposit account was set at J’s account. Defendant C, on March 21, 2015, leased KRW 15,000,000 of the instant loan No. 201 from G, and KRW 250,000 per month. The deposit and rent account was set at KRW 202 of the instant loan from Defendant C, under the same conditions as Defendant C on the same day, and Defendant C on the same day.
