1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. On July 20, 1989, Plaintiff A, F, G, and H were each land listed in the separate sheet No. 1 of each land owned by the Defendant from KRW 1,000,00,000, which were owned by the Defendant. However, on convenience, each land is divided and merged several occasions, but it is indicated as the current status at the time of concluding the sales

Of the attached drawings 2, approximately 80 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) for multi-household houses with the second floor above the ground level of the second floor above the ground level (hereinafter “multi-household houses”) were built. Multi-household houses of this case were completed on November 27, 1990.

B. On June 11, 1998, the registration of preservation of ownership was completed in the name of Plaintiff A (No. 101 of the first floor), H (No. 102 of the first floor), I (No. 201 of the second floor), and J (No. 202 of the second floor).

Of the multi-household housing in this case, the registration of ownership transfer in the name of Plaintiff B on July 1, 1998, with respect to the second floor Nos. 201, and with respect to the second floor No. 202, the registration of ownership transfer in the name of Plaintiff C on May 29, 2008, and with respect to the second floor No. 202, June 29, 1998.

The title holder of the first building permit, the title holder of the registration of ownership preservation, and the present owners on the multi-household housing in this case are as follows:

- At the present time of Plaintiff A, Plaintiff A, Plaintiff B, Plaintiff C, who was an owner of Plaintiff A, the first building permit title of No. 101, No. 102, No. 201, No. 202, No. 102, No. 101, No. 101, No. 101, No. 202, Plaintiff A, the first building permit title of Plaintiff AHF, and the purport of the entire pleadings, as follows: (a) there is no dispute; (b) evidence No. 1-1 through 3, No. 3, evidence No. 7-1 through 6, evidence No.

2. The plaintiffs' assertion and judgment

A. In around 1989, K, J, Plaintiff A, and C (hereinafter “K”) asserted by the Plaintiffs, the Defendant agreed temporarily to purchase the instant land owned by the Defendant, and newly built the instant multi-household house from around the summer in 1989.

K and three other multi-households were in the process of constructing the instant multi-household houses.
