A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Alteration of an official document;

A. On November 23, 2016, the Defendant confirmed the details of the subscriber’s account classification through the National Health Insurance Corporation’s Internet homepage, the name of the workplace, the National Health Insurance Corporation, the date of qualification acquisition, the date of qualification acquisition, the date of November 04, 2016, and the date of qualification loss.

On November 23, 2016, the president of the National Health Insurance Corporation issued a written confirmation of acquisition and loss of health insurance qualification, and then made the statement "No. 04, 2016" in the column of the date of loss of qualification as the revised tape and copied it again.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the defendant modified a letter of confirmation of acquisition and loss of health insurance qualification to the defendant who was the president of the National Health Insurance Corporation, a public document.

B. On February 16, 2017, the Defendant confirmed the details of the subscriber’s classification through the National Health Insurance Corporation’s Internet homepage, the name of the workplace, the National Health Insurance Corporation, the date of acquisition of qualifications, the date of loss of qualifications, the date of loss of qualifications, the “1.04” and “the details of the acquisition of eligibility for health insurance” as above.

On 16, 2016. 16. 16. 201, the National Health Insurance Corporation issued a written confirmation of acquisition and loss of health insurance qualification, and then made the column of the date of loss of qualification in the method as referred to in paragraph 1(a), and reproduced it again.

2. Exercising altered official documents;

A. On November 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) issued a copy of the health insurance qualification confirmation to the Defendant, which altered as described in paragraph 1(a) in the vicinity of the Changwon-si Mapo-si Mapo-si, Changwon-si; and (b) exercised it by transmitting it to B bank employees C by facsimile as if it was a document duly formed.

B. On February 22, 2017, the Defendant is a bank B located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si D.
