1. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2014. 6. 15. 22:00경 순천시 C아파트 204동 609호에서 가정폭력 신고를 받고 출동한 순천경찰서 D지구대 소속 경사 E으로부터 사건 경위에 대하여 질문을 받자 “야. 씹할놈아. 야 짭새새끼.“라고 욕설을 하면서 주먹으로 E의 가슴을 2회 때리고, 이로 인하여 체포되어 순찰차에 태워져 순천시 F에 있는 순천경찰서 D지구대 앞에 이르러 E으로부터 순찰차에서 내릴 것을 요구받자 발로 E의 가슴을 1회 찼다.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers regarding the prevention, suppression, investigation, etc. of crimes.

2. 모욕 피고인은 2014. 6. 15. 22:20경 순천시 F에 있는 순천경찰서 D지구대에서 술에 취해 순천경찰서 D지구대 소속 경위인 피해자 G에게 동료 경찰관 3명과 민원인 H 등이 지켜보는 가운데 “개새끼. 씹새끼. 니 마누라 관리 잘해라. 다 가만두지 않겠다. 야 짭새 새끼 두고 보자. 가만두지 않겠다. 좆만한 새끼야. 나 풀려나면 다 죽여버리겠다."라고 큰소리로 말하였다.
