A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 20, 2020, the Defendant: (a) received money from Schlages located in Sacheon-si B on July 20, 2020; (b) made twice the face of the victim C (Nam, 53 years old) who is a taxi engineer; and (c) assaulted twice the victim’s face.

2. Performance of official duties;

A. On July 20, 2020, the Defendant committed a crime against D with police officers: (a) around 21:42, 2020, around Sacheon-si B, “A drunk customer fright to take a bath, and fright to fright.” On the ground that D police officers assigned the 112 notification and sent the police box, the police officer of the 1,000 Sacheon Police Station E box, and the police officer F assaulted D to arrest the Defendant in flagrant offender on the ground that he assaulted C, as prescribed in paragraph (1), and assaulted D’s chest at one time.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the handling of 112 reported cases by police officers and legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of flagrant offenders.

B. On July 20, 2020, around 22:30 on July 20, 2020, the Defendant: (a) threatened a police officer who was arrested and carried out a flagrant offender as prescribed in Article 1(a) at the Yacheon Police Station Emb, Macheon-si, B, with a complaint on the fact that he had been arrested and carried out a flagrant offender as prescribed in Article 1(a); and (b) threatened the police officer who works therefor, stating that “the police officer is aware of a high rank; (c) is not required to bring a lawsuit against the Human Rights Commission; and (d) assaulted twice by harming and Emb.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning criminal investigations and preparation of investigation documents.
