1. The decision of performance recommendation for the purchase-price case between the Plaintiff and the Defendant is based on the Gwangju District Court 2010 Ghana51474.

1. The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant seeking payment of the purchase-price as the Gwangju District Court 2010 Ghana51474, and the said court, on April 8, 2010, rendered a decision of performance recommendation accepting the Plaintiff’s entire claim, and sought confirmation that the instant lawsuit was filed for the interruption of extinctive prescription based on the said decision of performance recommendation, as the said decision became conclusive on April 30, 2010.
