1. Based on the decision of performance recommendation in the Gwangju District Court 2010 Ghana96224 dated June 22, 2010 between the Plaintiff and the Defendant.

According to the statement in Gap evidence No. 1, the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant as the Gwangju District Court 2010 Ghana9624, and the decision of performance recommendation was made as of June 22, 2010 in the above case, and the above decision of performance recommendation was served on the defendant on June 25, 2010, and confirmed on July 10. 201.

The facts raised on July 8, 2020 immediately before the lapse of 10 years from the date on which the above decision on performance recommendation was made is clear.

Therefore, the plaintiff has a benefit to confirm the existence of a judicial claim for the interruption of extinctive prescription based on the above decision of performance recommendation. Thus, the claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
