Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 13, 2014, the Defendant found one 170,000 won of the market price in which the victim D lost, i.e., a new eck card, the Nong Cyke card, and the national cyke card.

Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. Attempted fraud;

A. On March 13, 2014, the Defendant purchased a sugar equivalent to KRW 36,00 in the market price at the F convenience store operated by the victim’s name in Busan, the Busan, the Busan, and attempted to obtain the above sugar by suggesting the e-mail card that was acquired as the Defendant’s credit card, but did not bring about such intent due to lack of balance.

B. The Defendant attempted to obtain the above sugar by suggesting the No.D. C’s cream card that he acquired once and at the above time and place, as if the Defendant had been the Defendant’s cream card, but did not commit an attempted crime due to the lack of balance.

3. On March 13, 2014, the Defendant stolen a total of 2,000 won of the total market price of drinking water by bringing the e-mail card owned D to a drinking water vending machine managed by the injured party’s name in light of the written subway station located in Busan, Busan, on March 13, 2014.

4. Fraud;
